The most common reason for this is that the information is not entered correctly. Here is an example a properly formatted sign in:

What if it still does not work?
If it still does not allow you to sign in then go to https://my.ufl.edu/ps/signon.html and sign in with your GatorLink username and password. If you cannot sign in to this page there is an issue with your account and you need to contact the Help Desk at 392-HELP [392-4357] to resolve the issue with your account.
